A Lancaster name
since 1963
DF Studio has a long history at the heart of Lancaster. Formerly the prestigious David Frank salon, the business became DF Studio in 2010 under owner Jackie Payne. Today, we continue that heritage with the same commitment to exceptional customer care, combined with the latest techniques across hair, beauty and nails.
18 Dalton Square
DF Studio occupies three floors at 18 Dalton Square, with two hair salons and four beauty rooms, the first-floor salon retains wooden floors and original shutters in a building dating back to the 1700s.

Jackie has been hairdressing over twenty years with experience in hairdressing and management. Being responsible for salons in the past and winning Salon Owner of the Year. Jackie firmly believes you can achieve anything when you are passionate in what you do and positive thinking, having a great team, working together and making sure everyone is happy.

Jess is an excellent addition to the team always forward thinking and great fun to be around. She makes you feel welcome when you walk in or on the phone. Nothing is too much for her Jess is always happy to help. Jess is now trained on Eyebrow Wax and Eyebrow tint and Lashes.

Leanne Bailey started with us in Sept 2010. Leanne is a credit to the team, very enthusiastic and just wants to help everyone. Leanne is great with clients and always has a smile on her face. Leanne is great with all aspects of hair. she also does Lashlifts and Biab Builder Gel nails Leanne's expertise is doing BIAB Builder Gel and Halo Gel nails with various designs.

Gemma has been with us over 5 years from being an Apprentice. Gemma has a lovely personality and gets on with anyone, she is very helpful with lots of advice on products and how to style your hair and to look after your hair at home. Gemma also is fantastic at BIAB nails. She is very talented in all aspects of hair and nails. Gemma's working days are Tuesday- Saturday.

Fridays and Saturdays.

She is amazing with her clients making sure you are comfortable and at ease at all times. A very competent young girl showing initiative and attentive. Abi is trained on Brow Lamination, Lashlift and Elemis Facials
