PLEASE NOTE
Cancellation Policy - we require 24-48 hrs cancellation. If it is under 24 hrs, the booking fee is non-refundable. if it is over 24 hrs the booking fee will be put back on your account. 
we also ask that appointments can only be changed once from the original appointment.

We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers are asked to cancel any appointment that they will be unable to honour at least 48 hours in advance of their reservations.  You must telephone the salon directly to cancel.
